Founded in Hong Kong in 1996, Sinosky Corporation Limited is a privately owned apparel manufacturer and exporter. In 2003, Sinosky launched Pacific Sinosky Corp. Ltd. to develop the North American market. 2004 also witnessed the birth of Sinosky Apparel Corp. Ltd. at Hai Ning Development Zone of Zhejiang Province. The vast manufacturing plant covers an area of 55 acres with over 20,000 square meters of modern production facilities.
In 2004, Sinosky Corp. Ltd. entered a Sino-French joint venture, Sinomax Corp., looking to promote the French RG512 brand in China’s vast retail markets. Furthermore, another menswear brand, Magic Power, was launched in 2007 as an in-house retail brand for the domestic market.
Also in 2007, Sinosky Corp. created Hangzhou Sinosky Industrial Ltd. and Sinosky UK Limited, which was specifically targeting the European markets.
SIONSKY BANGLADESH OFFICE was set up in DHAKA in 2008, which drastically enhanced the ability to compete in overseas sourcing.
In 2009, SALES OFFICE was set up in Hong Kong and Guangdong to expand the brand-based customer and develop a series of Jeans.
In 2010, Sinosky UK acquired the brand Sticky Fingers, which is the high end fashion ladies brand with 25 years history from London.
